The fees for this event are as follows:

PAYMENT

You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online conference registration or conference papers purchase form. Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day. Payments made by cheque should be made payable to IIR Ltd, with the conference code I4S42 written on the back. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please tell your bank to include the IIR conference code I4S42 and the delegate’s surname in the transfer instructions. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive the account details from our customer services team shortly after you have registered for the conference. They can be contacted directly on registrations@iir-telecoms.com

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Confirm your CANCELLATION in writing (letter or fax) before 09/01/2012 and receive a refund less a 10% + VAT service charge. Should you cancel between this date and 16/01/2012 then you will receive a refund less a 50% + VAT service charge. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than one week prior to the conference. A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge..
